Great news for our tourist industry – Glasgow Airport has secured its 35th new route for 2016 with the announcement that Delta Air Lines is to launch direct flights between Glasgow and New York.

From 26 May 2017, Delta Air Lines will offer direct from Glasgow Airport to New York JFK with flights operating daily. The new route between Scotland’s largest city and New York is expected to prove popular with thousands of American tourists using the service to visit Glasgow and other major tourist draws in Western Scotland.
