
Remony Estate
A small highland estate on the South shore of Loch Tay, offering a limited amount of driven pheasant shooting, stag and hind and some roe stalking, and some fishing on the loch for salmon or trout.
Remony Estate on the South shore of Loch Tay, offers fantastic driven and walked-up pheasant days, as well as grouse shooting, stag, hind and roe stalking. Some fishing on the loch for salmon or trout is also available.
Game Shooting
- Driven Pheasants for up to 8 gun teams.
- Walked up grouse, if available, for teams of 4/5 guns.
- Red stags one rifle per stalk.
- Red hinds one rifle per stalk
- Roe Bucks and Roe does sometimes available. (all above are managed within DMG auspices and trophies are available).
- Salmon trolling on the Loch Tay is best before the end of May.
- Trout is also available best between March and the end of the season in October. (permits required – boat available).
Sport Offered
Shooting – Red Grouse – Walked up grouse, if available, for teams of 4/5 guns max (August 12th – December 10th).
Shooting – Pheasant – Driven and walked up for up to 8 gun teams (October 1st – February 1st).
Deer Stalking/Hunting – Red Stags –  One rifle per day (availability based on our stag availability).
Deer Stalking/Hunting – Red Hinds – (21st October – 15th February) one rifle per stalk.
Deer Stalking/Hunting – Roe Bucks – (April 1st – October 20th) sometimes available.
Deer Stalking/Hunting – Roe Does – sometimes available.
Fishing – Atlantic Salmon – Loch Tay central (15th January – 15th October).
Fishing – Brown Trout – Loch Tay Eastern end (15th March – 8th October).
- Self-catering lodge sleeping up to 6 people and available for weekly and part-week lets.
- It is fully equipped with TV, Fibre broadband, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker & oven and fridge.
- Bed linen, duvets and towels are all provided.
- Cots and highchairs are normally available but should be booked in advance.
Lademill Cottage
Self-catering lodge sleeping up to 6 people and available for weekly and part-week lets.
It is fully equipped with TV, Fibre broadband, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker & oven and fridge.
Bed linen, duvets and towels are all provided.
Cots and highchairs are normally available but should be booked in advance.
Most parts of Scotland’s East & West Coast are easily accessible for day trips by car.
If you fancy leaving the peace and tranquillity of the Lodges behind, Edinburgh, Inverness, Oban, and Glasgow are all approximately 2 hours away by car.
Closer to home you can visit Menzies Castle, the historic home of the Menzies Clan. Nearby you will find Blair Castle, home of Scotland’s only private army. Scone Palace, the crowning place of Scottish Kings, is near Perth.
Also an hour's drive away is Drummond Castle Gardens, near Crieff, boasting a beautifully maintained Knot Garden.
In Kenmore you can visit the fascinating Scottish Crannog or Taymouth Castle, the seat of the Earls of Breadalbane.
Highland Perthshire has more than its share of distilleries, from Dewar’s Aberfeldy distillery - home of the Mini Military Tattoo - Edradour Distillery near Pitlochry, to the Famous Grouse Centre near Crieff; whatever your whisky palate there will be a distillery for you in Highland Perthshire.
