The River Ness is a true angler’s paradise. With over a mile of private double-bank fishing exclusively for our guests, you’ll have access to some of the finest fly water around, including renowned pools like the Black Stream, Lady Pool, and The Laggan. The river’s crystal-clear flow (thanks to Loch Ness acting as a natural filter) creates perfect conditions whether water levels are low or high – and on those fuller days, you can even fish from one of our boats.
Spring Syndicate Membership is available per rod on an allocated day each week from 1st February to 30 June 2026. Limited availability on Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday. Cost per rod is £750 plus VAT.
