Rule Valley - Simulated game shooting in the Scottish Borders
Near Hawick, The Scottish Borders
Situated in the heart of the picturesque Scottish Borders. Our venue is easily accessible from major cities and rural locations so you can come and have a blast at our simulated high pheasant, partridge and grouse all on the same day.
The variety of terrain on offer ensures that no two drives are the same so you can be sure of a fantastic shooting experience from the first to the last cartridge fired from your gun.
The day is run on the same lines as a traditional shoot with guests meeting in the morning for a cup of coffee as they draw pegs for their first position, then we start the action with three drives before lunch followed by two more in the afternoon. Lunch and drinks as well as light refreshments between drives will give our guests the opportunity to relax and refuel before reloading for the grand finale of the day. This twist on the traditional shoot is when the guns are split into teams and compete against each other in a 100 bird flush which provides an exhilarating end to an altogether unique and adrenalin fuelled shooting experience. Our charges are all inclusive so you can relax with your friends in a convivial atmosphere and fire as many cartridges as you like.
Everyone is welcome, from beginners to seasoned pros and from teenagers to grandparents. We can cater for private groups, stag and hen parties and corporate events from 8 - 16 people over a full or half day. No shooting experience is necessary as our resident instructor will show you how to handle the gun and take you through the important safety procedures of the day.
If you have any special requests please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate.
