TWEED: From Hill to Hill, a Rural Tradition

A great short film on the traditions of Estate Tweeds. Available to view via this link http://bit.ly/2eFa2EJ

This film has been made for the Angus Glens and Grampian Moorland Group to celebrate Scottish Tweed, and show the strong connection between this most famous cloth and the people who live and work on the land.

Dear Scotland. I was watching Tweed Hill to Hill on you tube (lovely video- I am a weaver) and needed the subtitles for some of the conversation. Unfortunately, the person who added these got so many words wrong and weird words were added in. Please could you fix this? I would like to send this to friends who understand the Scott’s accent less than I do and dare not suggest they open the subtitles!!!

Hello Mary, Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately the sub titles are not our own but are automatically generated by ‘You Tube’. Obviously not very good at recognising Scottish accents. Best Regards Andrew
